Randy Caputo

Randy Caputo is the General Sales Manager for Dyer Chevrolet Mazda and Subaru. Randy has been a part of the auto industry since 1979 and he calls Fredericksburg, Virginia, his hometown. His favorite memory in the business is selling 5 vehicles in one day and 25 vehicles in one month. A self-proclaimed “geek”, Randy enjoys spending time building computers, but he also loves a good NASCAR race. He is a family man and is most content spending time with his family at home.

John Sottile

John Sottile is our Finance Director, overseeing all 3 stores, and he has been in the industry for 27 years. His most memorable experience is delivering 28 cars in a single day and he says that meeting new people is the best part of his job. John has a degree in Finance from the University of Florida and he is a Vero Beach native. When he’s not at work, you will likely find John on a boat, playing golf or at the beach, but he especially takes pleasure in spending time with his family.

Mark Howard

Mark Howard is our Pre-Owned Inventory Manager at Dyer Chevrolet and hails from Maywood, Illinois. Mark is new to the business, and has been at Dyer Chevy for just a little over a year but is already one of our top salesmen!  Mark really knows his cars and he is a Certified Chevy Mazda and Subaru sales associate. He truly enjoys helping people and especially recalls a customer’s tears of joy when he helped her with her first new car purchase. Mark is a family man that is close to his parents and God.  He is newly married to Mandy who he feels is the most beautiful woman in the world and he adores his step daughter, Priscilla.  His favorite pastimes include bowling, fishing and travel and he also enjoys going to Universal, Islands of Adventure and Disney in his spare time.

Joe Sanchez

Joe Sanchez is our Sales Administrator at Dyer Chevy where he especially likes the challenge that comes with problem solving involved in his work. He has been in the business for 27 years and hails to us from Brooklyn, New York. Joe has fond memories of the years he spent as a radio broadcaster for the Vero Beach Dodgers. He was also on the air in Mississippi, New Jersey and New York. He is a graduate of SetonHallUniversity where he received his bachelor’s degree. Joe appreciates a good meal and frequents Bobby’s Restaurant with his wife and family. He enjoys playing strat-o-matic baseball and reading in his spare time.

Angela Young

Angela Young is our Internet Sales Manager for Dyer Chevy, Mazda and Subaru. She has been a part of the auto industry for 7 years, coming to us from Memphis, Tennessee. She has earned Certified Internet Sales Consultant qualifications for Chevrolet, Mazda and Subaru. Angela names customer satisfaction as a priority and takes pleasure in talking with a happy customer months after the sale knowing that they are enjoying their vehicle. She loves her job and is very content in working with co-workers that she refers to as “the best team around!” Angela spends her time outside of work at the beach, with family and friends and playing with her dogs. She also enjoys scrap booking in her free time.

Natalie Fincik

Natalie Fincik is the Digital Media Coordinator for Dyer Chevrolet Mazda Subaru and is brand new to the car business. She finds her job both challenging and fun with something new and different to work on each day. The positive attitudes of her co-workers are a highlight that she appreciates as well. She has an AS in Business Administration and grew up in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. Natalie coaches cheerleading and gymnastics outside of work and has been a coach for more than 20 years. One of her favorite memories was taking 14 local competitive gymnasts to Woodward Gymnastics Camp in Pennsylvania for a week and staying in the gym until 10 pm each night. Natalie is also very politically active and enjoys supporting and campaigning for Conservative candidates that believe in the principles of the U.S. Constitution. Her favorite place to be is anywhere near the ocean, but especially likes to spend time in the Florida Keys.

Mike Ciemko

Mike Ciemko is a Salesman and Leasing Consultant for Dyer Chevrolet. He has been in the car business for 4 years and has managed to obtain the coveted “Salesman of the Year” award for 2009, 2010 and 2011!  In addition, Mike earned the Mark of Excellence Award from GM in both 2010 and 2011. He feels that the best part of his job is meeting and working with people from diverse backgrounds. Mike is no stranger to being rewarded for a job well done. He is a proud veteran of the Navy and earned the Navy Achievement Medal while serving in Desert Storm. Mike has many cherished memories of traveling to Israel and Somalia while in the Navy. He is native to Florida, coming to us from Miami, but enjoys New York City as well. Mike names his mom as his favorite person of all time and loves spending time with his family. He also likes to fish and hunt when he can.

Larry Eagan

Larry Eagan is known as “Sailfish” by his friends and co-workers, most likely because he once caught a 100 pound sailfish in the Sebastian Inlet! His degree in “Measurement Science” really must have come in handy that day. Sailfish comes to us from Artesia, California. He has been in the car business for 11 years and is a Salesman and Leasing Consultant at Dyer Chevrolet. Larry is an all-in-all outdoorsman and loves fishing, hunting and riding motorcycles. Sailfish enjoys coastal living and the ocean and his mother is his favorite person.

Pete Copeland

Peter Copeland is a Salesman and Leasing Consultant for Dyer Chevrolet and has been in the business for 4 years. He finds that the most enjoyable part of his job is being a witness to the excitement of customers as they take ownership of their new car, truck or SUV. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond where he earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Peter has been recognized for his work and was honored with the GM Mark of Excellence Award. He lists his hometown as Wilmington, Delaware and his fondest memory is of him and his father racing a sailboat from Newport, Rhode Island to Bermuda. Peter enjoys fishing, kayaking and researching his family history and his favorite place is the Sebastian Inlet.

Haley Yergens

Haley Yergens is a Vero Beach native and has spent the past 4 ½ years establishing a career in the car business. He is a Salesman and Leasing Consultant for Dyer Chevrolet. The very first car he sold was to a 16 year old young man making his first vehicle purchase. Two firsts! Both men were smiling ear to ear for at least the entire day. He is proud to help people with making such an important purchasing decision in their lives. Haley is an alumnus of both Saint Edward’s School and Palm Beach Community College. He earned the Pros Award while working for Toyota and has been named “Salesman of the Month” several times. Spending time surfing, fishing and golfing are a few of his favorite pastimes and Haley also enjoys travel in the Eastern Caribbean.
 

Eric Brown

Eric Brown can be seen at all three of our stores where he works as a Lot Porter and Detailer and he also takes pictures of our inventory for the internet. He has been in the car business for 6 years and likes his fast-paced schedule and is proud to see his hard work manifest into making someone else happy. Eric is a local guy having lived in both Gifford and now Vero Beach and enjoys weight training, going to the beach and riding his softtail custom bike. He has studied Criminal Justice and is attending Barber school, which he intends to finish soon. His mother and his significant other top his list of favorite people and he loves going to the Bahamas and bargain shopping. Eric is thankful to God for the many gifts in his life.
